Standard Level 
① Features non-aged paint finishes.
②Select components are disassembled for safe shipping and require simple customer assembly upon delivery.
Collector's Level
①Features premium aged-effect paint treatments.
②Non-firearm models incorporate authentic metal components(SLS)and nylon-carbon(SLS) fiber 3D-printed elements(see material Description).
③Firearm-type models share base materials with Standard Level but receive master-class painting from MacGilis or RK800 artists, achieving film/TV prop quality.
④Designed for premium display use(e.g., living room centerpieces).

Shipping and After-Sale Service Policy

Orders are typically processed by the production department within 1-2 business days, and goods will be delivered within 2-8 weeks.
Inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If you notice any shipping-related damage, contact us within 15 days of unboxing to request free replacement parts.
Deposits for custom products are non-refundable(unless otherwise specified). After placing a deposit order, confirm receipt immediately to activate the production process.

You may either:
- Pay both the deposit and remaining balance upfront and wait for shipment, or
- Pay the deposit first and complete the remaining payment once we notify you that your order is ready for shipping.

Product Structure & Material Description

For slightly more complex products, we employ a hybrid manufacturing approach, combining parts produced through different 3D printing technologies. Typically, the main structure of a model is fabricated using FDM parts to ensure durability, while the outer shell is crafted with photopolymer parts to guarantee superior surface quality. If a component is accidentally damaged, rest assured! Every part of our products is modular and can be easily installed or detached using a screwdriver. Simply contact our customer service team to arrange a replacement for the damaged part—replacement costs are highly affordable!
For each product, we specify the exact materials used in the description section.
Below is a detailed overview of our materials and corresponding printing methods:
①Primary Load-Bearing Large Components - Printed using a Voron 2.4 r2 printer with kexcelled ABS-K5 filament.

②Primary Load-Bearing Small Components - Printed using a BambuLab P1S printer with Lambo PLA+ filament (PLA+ offers enhanced strength compared to traditional PLA and avoids the brittleness issues seen in low-quality PLA over time).

③Non-Load-Bearing Large Parts Requiring Surface Precision - Printed using a UnionTech Lite600 industrial-grade SLA printer with Wenext 8200pro resin (our 8200pro resin boasts twice the strength of the standard white rigid 4600 resin used by competitors. While its printing cost is double, it effectively resolves the fragility issues common in photopolymer parts).

④Non-Load-Bearing Small Parts Requiring Surface Precision - Printed using either a STEK3DP 7K-resolution semi-industrial LCD printer or an Elegoo 12K-resolution printer, paired with Huaxin 142-3 grey rigid resin.

⑤The main structure of the helmet, armor plates, and other large-volume components utilize a high-performance PU injection molding process. The PU material is heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and extremely durable. You can even dive onto the grass wearing our armor without damage.
Materials Exclusive to 【Display Craftsmanship Level】

⑥Metal 3D Printed Parts - Produced via Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology using 316L stainless steel and AlSi10Mg aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. - Supplier: LiM Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (also a supplier for the J-20 fighter jet and the Chinese Space Station).

⑦Nylon 3D Printed Parts - Produced via Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology using PA12 high-performance nylon. - Supplier: Kings 3D Printing Technology Co., Ltd.

Are these 3d printed item easy to break?

Not really. Many factors affect a part's strength, and 3D printing is just one of them. The material itself is actually the biggest factor. We use a mix of different 3D printing methods – using strong materials where strength is needed, and high-precision materials where accuracy is critical. For us, a passing grade for any product is whether it can survive a trip to a convention without getting damaged.

Is 3d printed plastic weaker than regular plastic parts?

That's not entirely accurate. Actually, 3D printed parts can be stronger than CNC machined or injection molded parts, but only when using SLS or SLM 3D printing processes. We reserve SLS and SLM processes exclusively for our Collector's Level items.

Are all products made using 3D printing?

Actually, take a look at our material specs. The main structures of our products, including the armor pieces, are made from injection-molded PU. This PU material is even stronger than ABS. These injection-molded parts are far tougher than typical 3D prints – you can literally roll around on the grass in our armor without breaking anything. You might scratch the paint, but that's about it. Important Note: Our helmets are NOT certified to any motorcycle safety standards, and the armor is NOT ballistic-rated. NEVER wear our helmet for riding motorcycles, and NEVER expect it to protect you in any kind of live fire situation.

What should I do if I accidentally break a small part on the product?

Join our Discord after-sales support channel. Once you're in, you'll see instructions on how to contact our support admin. We'll send you a replacement for the damaged part at cost price, but you'll need to cover the shipping fee. .
