【Standard Prop Level】
The issue of early resin blades breaking easily has been resolved. The blade uses a sandwich cookie structure, which is an FDM-LCD-FDM type. The FDM reinforcement mimics the effect of carbon fiber.
This product is a resin material model, non-metallic, non-lethal, and can light up. The lights on the data knife can be controlled by toggling a joystick and pressing a trigger. Apart from the different materials, the movable structure is exactly the same as the metal version. The circuit is powered by a Panasonic A23 battery, which can be replaced by the user.

【Collector's Level】
This is the legendary metal data knife.
Its surface has no paint; it is the color of the material itself, perfectly replicating the game. The blade is not sharpened, nor is sharpening service provided. It can light up, controlled by toggling a joystick and pressing a trigger.
It is powered internally by a Panasonic A23 battery, which can be replaced using a screwdriver to remove the battery cover.
Materials: 3D printed 316L stainless steel and nylon carbon fiber.

For slightly more complex products, a method of mixing parts made from various types of 3D printing is used. Typically for a model, the main structure is made using FDM parts to ensure strength, while the shell is made using photopolymer parts to ensure surface quality. If you accidentally damage a part of this product, don't worry! Each part of every product is modular and can be installed and removed with a screwdriver. Simply contact our after-sales service staff to replace the damaged part, and the cost of replacement parts will also be very affordable!
For each product, we will specify in the description section the specific materials used. Below is a detailed introduction to the materials we use and their corresponding printing methods.
1) Main load-bearing large components: Printed using Voron Trident printer with kexcelled's ABS-K5 filament.
2) Main load-bearing small components: Printed using BambuLab's P1s printer with Lambor's PLA+ filament (PLA+ has higher strength compared to traditional PLA and does not suffer from the brittleness that poor quality PLA can develop over a few years!)
3) Non-load-bearing large parts requiring surface precision: Printed using UnionTech's lite600 industrial-grade SLA printer with Wenext's 8200pro resin (the strength of our 8200pro resin is twice that of the common white rigid 4600 resin used by competitors, and of course, the cost of printing this material is also double. However, it solves the problem of photopolymer parts being easily broken.)
4) Non-load-bearing small parts requiring surface precision: Printed using STEK3DP's 7k resolution semi-industrial LCD printer or Elegoo's 12k resolution printer, with Huaxin 142-3 grey rigid resin.
5) Below are the materials used only for the 【Display Craftsmanship Level】:
Metal 3D printed parts are produced using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) printing, with materials being 316L stainless steel and AlSi10Mg aerospace aluminum alloy. The supplier is LiM Laser Technology Co., Ltd., which also supplies to the J-20 fighter jet and the Chinese Space Station.
6) Below are the materials used only for the 【Display Craftsmanship Level】:
Nylon 3D printed parts are produced using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) printing with PA12 high-performance nylon. The supplier is Kings 3D Printing Technology Co., Ltd.
